Chaff cutter used to cut the green (dry) corn straw, straw etc. all kinds of crops straw and forage 

agriculture livestock machinery.

It is mainly consist of feeding mechanism, cut institutions, send institutions, transmission 

mechanism, running gear, protection device and the frame. 

Its various of parts are as follows:

1. Feeding mechanism: mainly by feeding machine, roller blades, shims, knife bearing seat.

2. Cutter thrower: it is mainly consist of cutting knifes, cutter head, locking dcrews etc.

3. Transimission mechanism: mainly by v-belt, transimission shaft, geer, universal joint etc.

4. Running gear: mainly composed by land casters.

5. Protection device: composed by shield.

Working principle of chaff cutter

It uses the motor as the powerful engine, then deliver power to spindle. The gear of spindle's 

another side can through gear case, universal joint to transmiss the adjusted power to cutter's 

roller. When the normal materials between the under and upper cutter roller, it is holded by cutter 

roller and as a certain speed sent to cut institutions, according to the high speed cutting then 

carrying from the discharge opening.
